We are highly specialised, and are not intimidated by high levels of power or complexity: our industrial electrical systems manage systems ranging from a few kW right up to the multiple MW range.
For this reason, we work alongside our partners during all phases from design to testing, because electrical wiring is an intricate network which has no secrets for DICO Group’s specialised teams.

At DICO Group, we are well aware that the energy efficiency of an industrial electrical system plays an ever-increasingly important role for our customers. This is why we work to find the best solution, which ensures greater efficiency for the electrical system, combined with sustainable levels of energy consumption.

Our systems’ high level of efficiency lets us and our customers sleep easy, however DICO Group is also able to incorporate vision systems and video cameras inside the production system, throughout the machine, both for monitoring of critical points and for remote guidance of any maintenance work.

The system takes shape

When we handle installation of the electrical system on a machine, we create a central part of a production line’s automated system.

We provide support during the wiring installation on the machine by our customers. Our highly qualified team can provide on-site support, from design right through to commissioning.

We complete each job without geographical limitations, right through to testing and commissioning of the system; our problem-solving skills represent a key component in performing the final adjustments and fine tuning on site, or to manage any issues quickly and efficiently.

At DICO Group, we always keep a focus on the safety and constant improvement of our systems. Our electrical systems are assured by CE marking, and compliance with IEC certifications as well as UL/CSA for the North American market.

When we create an electrical system for automation, we take the utmost care to ensure that everything is compliant with applicable safety regulations, and that the system is able to withstand all electromagnetic disturbances as well as the stresses deriving from use of the system itself over time.
