The process begins with a thorough inspection of incoming materials and components, including dimensional checks, compliance certifications, and full traceability documentation. For special processes, dedicated protocols are applied during mechanical machining to monitor critical parameters and tight tolerances. Any deviations are logged and analysed in real time to allow for immediate corrective action.
At the end of assembly, every unit undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and rigorous functional checks, fully aligned with the technical specifications agreed with the customer. All final inspections are documented with control sheets and comprehensive, traceable reports. Upon request, the complete technical documentation is also available in an integrated digital format, making management and archiving easier later in the process.
