Quality system and certifications

At DICO Group, quality is an integral part of the industrial process, not a final step.

We operate as a technology partner for manufacturers of machines and complex systems, in contexts where requirements such as precision, reliability, repeatability, and regulatory compliance are essential.

For this reason, we adopt a structured approach based on defined processes, continuous activity monitoring, and full traceability of production phases, from receiving customer specifications through to final delivery.

Our quality system is designed to support highly complex third-party manufacturing and is built on standardized procedures, qualified technical staff, and controlled production environments.

Each order is managed through an organizational model that ensures consistency across design, mechanical machining, mechatronic assembly, wiring, and testing.

This approach ensures consistent performance, reduces the risk of non-conformities, and effectively meets the specific needs of the various industrial sectors in which we operate.

Process and results control

A central element of our quality system is the control of processes and results. Production activities are supported by dimensional inspections, functional testing, and dedicated checks carried out according to customer specifications and applicable regulations. Technical documentation, component traceability, and structured management of external phases such as treatments and special processes ensure transparency, reliability, and long-term repeatability.

Certifications

As confirmation of this approach, DICO Group operates in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, which defines the requirements for a quality management system focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Certification represents an organizational and methodological reference that supports the way we work and strengthens DICO Group’s role as a reliable manufacturing partner for the production of complex components, modules, and industrial systems.
